Postscript: The night of the fundraiser, Maggie told host David Coffee (who plays Scrooge in their annual production of A Christmas Carol) that it was her dream to be in the show with David Coffee. That year NSMT did go out of business, but was later purchased by Bill Hanney. Maggie auditioned for A Christmas Carol in 2010, the year NSMT reopened and was cast as Belinda Crachitt.
